Check out episode #2 of Your Fitness Pals with Ike and Joe. This week we talk a bit more about our diet plans, foods, and things to think about when you are trying to get fit. No weigh in this week as Joe still needs to buy a scale, but I has given Joe and head start because he is to lazy to eat completely right.
